The Education Committee of the K'ekchi' Mennonite Church oversees the director of Bezaleel, who is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the school. However, the majority of the funding for Bezaleel comes from donors in the United States and Canada.

Therefore a board (Fundameno), located in Pennsylvania, oversees fundraising and the transferring of funds for the operating expenses of Bezaleel. The Fundameno board currently consists of:
